We provide cleaning services that are custom-tailored to your needs. We can work with your requirements, or devise a cleaning schedule to suit your budget. A bespoke schedule of works will be created for your approval.

We pride ourselves on our friendly and excellent customer service, with regular quality audit reports from site visits enabling us to monitor our service levels. Regular service review meetings and feedback surveys ensure standards are maintained.

Technology
Green Mop has invested in IT solutions to enable efficient and comprehensive service delivery.
Our Site Manager app is used by our supervisors and managers for quality checks, risk assessments, product orders, and staff performance reviews. Reports are immediately sent back to the office where they are monitored, reviewed and actioned.
Our time and attendance systems handle our rotas, timesheets, holidays and absence management. Our remote cleaning staff use a telephone clocking in and out system which allows us to monitor attendance and work times.
