Service Quality Assurance
Here at Green Mop, we strive to maintain consistently high standards of cleaning.
We have devised a Site Inspection system to mark the cleaning standard. Areas and tasks are marked out of 5.
- 1 = POOR
- 2 = PATCHY
- 3 = OK
- 4 = GOOD
- 5 = GREAT
Our Site Supervisors demand a minimum of a consistent 4 from their teams. Scores of 1, 2 or 3 result in action being taken. This could be a matter of extra training, new equipment, moving staff around to suit capabilities, or a disciplinary matter for us in the office.
